Yeah I saw this headline on Drudge and immediately my heart sank. He and Vince Flynn have authored some of my favorite books. I got hooked on Clancy after I read Red Storm Rising, which is still probably my favorite.

Or Larry Bond. He helped Clancy write Red Storm Rising and then he authored a pretty good one on his own called Red Phoenix.

Red Storm Rising was his most under rated book and my favorite as well. I really wish he would have green lit Without Remorse with DeFoe as Clark! But Affleck screwed it up for everyone
