why- there MUST have been something else he could've done. I mean, he only got attacked by a hammer wielding guy, bigger than him, who beat him then also tried to get his gun.

PA is right... just because you are "closer" to the AILD singer's case, it doesn't change the facts- the guy was not in his right mind. Believe me, if the Commonwealth's Attorney found any fault in the way the LUPD handled the situation, he would have run with it. Instead, he actually spoke in very supportive terms regarding the officer. Maybe you should think about what might have happened if the tables had been turned, because that does happen, and it can easily end up with a dead officer.
