If you get drunk at home with your wife, its a sin just b/c the Bible condemns drunkenness. And if you need help lasting an extraordinarily long time, use viagra

Tom, is that you?
Aspersions aside, my point stands. You people are taking an issue that has haunted the Church for more than a millenium and you pretend you're going come up with some sort of answer on a college sports message board through the use of over-arching statements, various forms of common knowledge/urban legend and a caveat for every possible situation.

Yeah, good luck with that.

Will be going back to Mexico tomorrow. Man I hate that, can't drink the water, so I guess it is back to those itty bitty glasses again.

Actually, I think the problem of it being wrong to DRINK alcohol (not getting drunk), has been much more recent. As in one of my earlier post, the Baptist Confession of 1689 stipulates the use of wine for the Lord's Supper. Only during the temperance movement of the late 1800's, did Baptist start to look at ABSTAINING from alcohol. Up until that point, the issue was QUANTITY.

So, I blame those old geezers from back then. 8)

i drink. i dont care if other people do or not. i dont even think about it. i think it depends on how you grew up and who you are around. i dont get drunk and its legal so i dont have a problem. if someone has a problem with me drinking no one has ever let me know.
