To those of you that saw The Dark Knight...would seeing Batman Begins help this movie make more sense?

I haven't seen Batman Begins and I had no problems with understanding the movie...

I saw the movie yesterday and very few movies with this much hype actually live up to it...this movie did and was actually better then I thought it would be....in my opinion was by far the best batman movie ever...

best movie ever?? probably not...but man it was very, very good...it was thought out in such great detail and the story was fantastic...most blockbuster summer movies these days are all about bringing big time action...and this movie had that...but had such a great story....

the only thing i disliked about the movie...

i would of liked for it to take longer than 5 minutes for joker to convince dent to become a villian. i don't know how you could of done so...either

A) scar harvey dent earlier
B) take out dent trying to seek revenge and insert the joker's plan to transform him into a villian thus giving them a story line for the next one

or

C) take out the few slow instances in the movie (there were just a few) add a few more minutes to the movie and just do it all.


but that is really my only beef....thats it...everything else was so awesome that i don't even really care about the above...

After watching "Batman Begins" for the 2nd time last night (and first in about 2 years), I will agree that Bale does it the best. Better Bruce Wayne and better Batman.

Interesting, i just checked the following:

Imdb - Dark Knight currently ranks as the #1 film of all time. 9.5 out of 10. Godfather at #2 with a 9.1

Metacritic - also has it scored as a 9.3 out of tan by fans.

It also broke records of the most sales from midnight showings ever.

Now i read that it has the best opening weekend ever(non holiday).....155.3 million dollars.
