Certainly has freedom of speech, religion and association implications. I think San Diego County has a losing battle here. What next? Banning dinner parties? How about cookouts? Or are they legal as long as there is no prayer? How about book clubs? Are those next? Is friday poker night banned too?

So far I've only seen one side of this story presented. I have the feeling there's more to it. I'd be willing to bet they're parking 30 cars outside of their house every time this happens and causing traffic flow issues, etc.

If it is simply a matter of why they're meeting at their home, then it seems like an open and shut case. I don't think that's likely.
