no he's still dumb. completely fails to realize that this winter was the coldest or one of the coldest on record in many parts of the world, fails to realize that several parts of the US are still at times experiencing winter like conditions, and that historically this global warming/cooling stuff is cyclical (just look at the US in the mid 1800s when one year there never was a summer, people all across the US were experiencing snow storms year round).
