Conference play starts this weekend, at FIU. (another trip to Florida) FIU is 11-12 on the season. They have played 16 of 23 games at home, and the other 7 in Florida. FIU's RPI is 135.
We need nothing less than a sweep.

Liberty 2 FIU 1, Final. Hailey Deter hit a pinch hit HR in top of 6th inning. We only had 3 hits. a double, a bunt single and a HR. Yoder allowed 4 hits with 7 Ks. She struck out final batter on a 3-2 pitch in bottom of 7th with 2 on.

I saw the replay of the game. Yoder will be the future of this team. Great game.

We lose today, 10-2 in 5 innings . Probably worst game for LU in many years, considering the opponent. No pitching, no hitting, defensive miscues. Got to regroup quickly for Duke in mid week.
