Thanks again guys- services are Friday nite and Saturday so I'm gonna work today and tomorrow, even have a few mtgs Fri AM but it looks like a long weekend ahead.

wanted to thank everyone- your thoughts and prayers were very much appreciated. My dad did great, the vast majority of my family came from great distances to honor a wonderful man.

it was impressive to see how much he meant to so many people- and my grandma and the rest of our family really drew strength from each other and being together in the church he attended for so many years.

please think of my grandma as she starts a new chapter in her life; on her own after nearly 70 yrs with her loyal husband.

Sorry to report that my MATERNAL grandfather died at 1130 this AM, after a brief but serious illness.

He was actually living in an extended care facility, but had taken a turn for the worse this week. My background/profession allows me to come to terms with this, but my grandmother has lost her mate of 65(+) years and my mother and her brothers and sisters have lost their father. It is very tough on them, esp around the holidays.

This week will be a challenge, not only with all the preparations we have to complete, but with MrsPA's impending delivery (This week or next at the latest!) and my career situation.

Please continue to keep me and my family in thoughts and prayers!
