Good news for LU and LC, and great to see both schools partnering together to help the city of Lynchburg.
LC is hosting the basketball games in their gym. See FBS comments in last paragraph.

...After a 21-year hiatus, the Hill City will once again host the VHSCA all-star games for three years. The news was announced Wednesday afternoon in a press conference at E.C. Glass High School.
The VHSCA all-star games typically feature about 400 high school athletes. Sporting events include football, basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball and boys and girls soccer...
Lynchburg College and Liberty University are scheduled to host all athletic events. Boys and girls basketball players will be housed at LC, where both games will be played. Liberty will host the other events and provide dormitories to those athletes. However, if LU obtains Football Bowl Subdivision status, the school would then be unable to host the VHSCA football all-star game or house those athletes, due to NCAA restrictions. If Liberty joins the FBS, the game would be moved from Williams Stadium to City Stadium.
