The restaurant at the Days Inn is not bad...I'm serious. If it is still there. Other than that I like Cracker Barrell, but since I am waiting for a lung transplant I am kind of avoiding places where people smoke.

Last year the Kup gave Cracker Barrel a run for its money in the poll. I admit that I am surprised the Barrel has been so dominant this year.

i didn't know anyone else even knew about the kup...
i like ihops pancakes, but their service is terrible and I only go on student discount days. If i want biscuits and gravy, cracker barrel. they also have good eggs.
KK has good omelet, great coffee, great waffle, good pancakes, not so great biscuits. I have never been to golden corral for breakfast. I would also nominate bojangles for breakfast.

JDUB, Cracker Barrel's gravy is strictly milk gravy. Real breakfast gravy needs to be sausage gravy poured over biscuits. I still think that Hardees has some excellent sausage gravy.

Which is why I don't consider Cracker Barrel "eating out". It's the same stuff my mom cooked when I was growing up.

It's good & the best option on here, but it's not "special".

Cracker Barrel gravy is very similar to Buscuitville's gravey. Only buscuitville's has more ground pepper and is therefore better.

Biscuitville's gravy also has pieces of sausage in it (like Hardee's gravy), unlike Cracker Barrel's milk gravy.
