I have found this to be a problem of the majority of restaurants these days. And you can't really have them fix it like you could an undercooked steak. Of course maybe my problem is I'm not a baller like some of you guys so I can't pony up for a decent steakhouse like Shoemakers of Millstone.

Love the edit!

I'm not going to lie, been 3 times and havent had a good meal yet. I'm not picky either! I was really really hoping this would be a place I'd love and really thought it would be. It's a neighbors knock off (let's be honest) which is my favorite place in the burg....this has a better atmosphere and a great outdoor seating area. It's a shame :(

I shall try again though b/c I really really want to like this place.

I've been 2x and loved it both times. My filet was cooked perfect when I went (medium) but in my experience if you eat somewhere enough eventually you're going to get a bad meal. It hasn't happened to me yet there, but it has at all my regular places

I've been three times ... got a burger the first time, very good; got the southwest chicken thing the second time, also very good; and the mahi-mahi the third time, and that was the best thing I've had there. It's served with a crab cake, which was outstanding.

So we ate at RA last weekend and I ordered the salmon (grilled with orange glaze). Anyways they serve it too me and the outside is cooked but the inside is still rare. I ate it and it was ok. I was just wondering if it’s just me or is salmon usually something you cook all the way through (especially since they didn’t ask how I wanted it cooked)? I know it’s ok to eat raw but every other place I have ordered salmon it’s cooked flakey and pink throughout. For the future I’m going to order it that way but I’m curious if others like there salmon cooked so rare.

Yeh, anything Sushi grade is to be rare inside however you could ask for them to make it crispy which I sometimes do with Salmon. I dont like Tuna cooked all the way through though because it will dry out.
