Even when LC eventually adds football (no decision has been made, but I'd be extremely surprised, yet happy, if they decide not to add it), I won't attend a game unless I have to work at a game in some facet.

Maybe he has Liberty athletics mixed up with Radford athletics.

The only thing that kept coming to mind reading all of this stuff about how Liberty sucks is about two years ago when our basketball team spanked LC (and we never should have played them because they were nothing more than a mark in the win column for us, along with other crappy teams we played that year) and our softball team beating LC 8-3 and 9-1 this season.

When was the last time LC ever beat us in anything? We even won a women's flag football game against them my freshman year (no...I didn't go...I had friends who played in the game)

shuk, i can appreciate your love for LC athletics, but i will have to poke holes in your information. indeed LC was ranked 8 weeks in the top 10 this year. however, roanoke was only ranked in the top 10 for 3 weeks, but won the ODAC, and lost in the national quarters. my point...who cares about rankings!!! it is how you finish!!! 06, you lost in the 2nd round and that wa sonly because you had a first round bye. in 03 you lost in the 1st round. so you are hardly a natioanl power. nothing you can say can refute that. i follow lacrosse quite a bit and even with your recent success you would still be behind the noke and W&L. you have a great coach over there now, and if you stay on the same track you will be a national power. i wish we had lacrosse, because we could get some good players over the entire country and possibly canada.

Womens soccer.... yes you have 6 ODAC titles. however you having a losing record in the NCAA tournament, and the as far as you have gone is the national quarters. in comparison, LU has won three big south titles and all three losses in the NCAA tournament have come to UVA and wake. traditional ACC and national powers. don't get me wrong coah olsen and travis are quality, but we are not comparing apples to apples.

field hockey??? who cares. the real deal here is DI and D3 athletics are totally different and they cannot be compared. it is also the fact that you have not sampled the LU product so how can you talk bad about it?. im not going to call you names like some have on the board, but to come on an LU board and talk junk about our programs is a bit absurd don't you think??

Man, field hockey is one fun sport to watch, and even better to play. I loved working those games, and I'm not being sarcastic. It was certainly wore fun to watch that than our men's basketball team lol. And I wouldn't have talked trash about the LU athletic department if someone hadn't talked trash about all of D3 athletics.

You dissed(thanks Pamedic) LU and its teams before anyone mentioned anything about D3. Go back and read your condensending remark. Also when someone invites you to an event at LU be smart enough to say "No Thank you" and leave it at that. Then you will not be getting jumped on at this board.
