just saw this had already been addressed b/c i didnt scroll all the way down... silly me

at any rate, only getting 15 days off of a misdemeanor and 2 felony counts tells me the state had a pretty weak case... that or he hired a certain lynchburg city attorney as a lawyer...one... (which might explain where the drugs came from?)
