seriously this game is crazy....the announcer just said it, and I will repeat it...everytime it looks as if WU is about to pull away VMI answers with a big shot....what a game

I know its doesn't change anything for us, but VMI is playing very well right now...there is no need for our players to feel bad for losing to this team...I have been impressed with them very much...

oh boy...Greg Marshall wired.....

not sure if that was the best shot they could have got there, but VMI has nothing to be ashamed of...they played very well against a very good WU team

rushing the court?? Is the fine a NCAA rule now?? I didn't think it was...I thought it was conference by conference....

Either way if that were at Liberty we all would've done the same thing....

Yes, it's an NCAA fine.

At Liberty, it's acceptable. It would've been coming off of an 8th place finish. If we were 17-0 in conference and had played with teams in the Top 10, I would've said LU fans were stupid too.

SJ, are you sure its an NCAA fine? I remember ESPN coverage of Vandy getting slapped by the SEC for their fans rushing the court after beating Florida, but nothing about the NCAA fining schools.

Anyway, I remember rushing the court after beating High Point in the 2004 championship game, I think we were actually on the court with 2 or 3 seconds left to play.
