After going up 15 the Heat were simply out of control. They slacked off on defense, did not run any thing that resembled an offense, worked the crowd and played to the cameras..Meanwhile the Mavs got back into the game one possession at a time. It was Showtime in Miami.

I agree with this, but the "celebration" after Wade's shot was not over the top like everyone is making it out to be.

I just watched Wade's 3 pointer reaction again and I agree it was not over the top.

So one of the biggest criticisms of professional athletes in general is that they care about individual accomplishments more than team accomplishments...yet all I see/hear today on the radio/twitter/etc is about Wade vs. Lebron and Lebron's individual legacy and things like that. I say, who cares? Miami won last night...why does it matter who was scoring down the stretch? I know as a Heat fan that I don't care how they won, I'm just happy they won.

Great series. Loved the back and forth action - people had closed the book on Dallas after game 3. Stoked for Kidd to win a ring, he deserved one.

Miami will be back. Let's not pretend that they aren't going to be perennial finals participants over the next 4-5 years.
