Just 10 days after earning his first All-American honor in the discus, Liberty University senior Clendon Henderson received Academic All-American status as well. He became the first LU men’s track and field or cross country runner to be so honored at the Division I level, as a first-team ESPN The Magazine Academic All-American selection.
