Sherman set to lead Landrum High

New Landrum High School Principal Brian Sherman rocked back in a chair in his new office. Every so often, he’d glance towards the door as if the urge to roam the halls had entered his mind.

The truth is that he is more comfortable beyond the walls of his office, detached from the desk that he sat behind.
“I’m a workaholic,” the 41-year-old principal said. “I don’t spend a lot of time in my office.”

He played a year of football at Liberty University, but then took a brief hiatus from education for a stint in the military.
