I am new to the area, moved from Tampa Florida. I am a huge football guy. Was wondering where I might get the scoop on the team. What are the strengths/weekness. who to watch? I just need to know before I attend the games what to look for. Is the O-Line decent? what type of Defensive scheme do they run? Any help would be great. Can you attend practices to get a feel of the attitude? If so, where is it?

I am a big BUC fan and alumni of Louisville. The want for knowing more about the flames is more of a passion for the game. Hopefully it will turn into a fanatical passion for the local team!

welcome bucfan. i would look at our O-line which is very big and has a few I-A transfers from UVA. our running game is special with pitt transfer rashad jennings who played his high school ball at LCA, and a "slash" type player in former QB zach terrell. our LB'S are very nice as well in stevie ray lloyd, nick hursky and brandon duke and another UVA transfer in vince redd, and our return specialist wynton jackson is nice too. im sure i have left out some names as well. the UVA connection is due to the fact that coach rocco was an associate head coach there under al groh, and he recruited these guys. why did the guys leave UVA?? various things happened, but more importantly coach rocco thinks they are a good fit here, and they seem to be helping the program.
