my Brother is a graphic designer out in the seattle area and has recently started his own company. hes doing this thing through google to get his company to the top of the search results, and so if you had like 5 minutes to waste on a computer and could help him out thatd be great, its really just a couple of steps. Heres the email he sent me with all of the directions, and his companys name is Ainsworth Studios.
I'm trying an experiment to drive traffic to my website. If all of you that I sent this to could take 1 minute and do 3 to 4 things for me, it would really help me out. Plus, If you know of other people you could send this to, that would be awesome.
The goal of this experiment is to raise my website to get on the front page of google. The more clicks I get with the below search terms, the higher my pagerank is.
1. If you could google search: website design tacoma and not click on any link but mine, I'm in the 9th position on page 4.
2. Once at my site, if you could click on one or two ads on the lower right hand side of the page, opening them in a tab is the best.
3. If you could also follow the link to my SEO experiment, it's on the lower left hand side of the front page and the paragraph is highlighted in yellow. Click on an ad or two on that page as well.
4. BONUS: If you feel like it, from the SEO experiment page, there is a google search bar at the top of that page, search any term and click an ad in the search results.
I will send this out as a reminder once a week. If you don't want to get this email, just email me back and let me know, I'll take you off the list.

Some key points to note:
1. You can't sit there and click all day long on the ads, Google will blacklist me in a heartbeat.
2. Doing steps one through three will really only work once a week. So if you were to do it over and over all day, Google would blacklist me.
3. Doing steps one through three on a different computer in the same location (ie at your work) is still under your works ip address and therefore will not work.
