Just read the bios on the 6 signees. On paper, looks like a strong pitcher in Allen and a big power hitter in Meeks . The latter has hit 53 homers in the last 3 years.

I'm still bitter that the pitchers from Rustburg and Appomattox weren't recruited harder. They're now captains at UVA. On the other hand, Danner Allen does have a strong arm.

This class combined with our current freshman class, gives us a bright future. Not many D1 teams can say they have a former baseball player and football player on their roster.
