Just found this article on two new proposed bowl games for 2015 which will have Confernce USA and Sun Belt "ties".

If these Bowl Games are approved, I wonder:
1. Will Confernce USA be more likely to replace UAB as a football memeber this year?
2. Will the Sun Belt Conference be more willing to expand this year ( June ) ?

The answer to both is likely no. But they both certainly sweet the pot for wanting move up.
