Flames open conference play tomorrow against the Lancers. Longwood is 0-5 after dropping their last match to Bluefield State. They have fallen a long way since I was at Liberty.

Match still in progress but we have secured the 4 points necessary for the win. Likely to be a 7-0 or 6-1 win.
