Youth was served last year as Sigmon, a redshirt freshman from Northside HS, and Hyland who spent many Friday nights under the lights at Williams Stadium wearing the red and white of Liberty Christian Academy, finished third and sixth respectively in tackles last season. The two were also responsible for the biggest back to back plays of the season in a 2OT win over Presbyterian. Sigmo7's boy was named preseason all-conference at LB and with a big year could make some waves nationally. Its a family affair as well as brothers Dallas and Chase Griffiths as well as Dylan Lewellyn (brother to DT Bryan) all will be battling for a spot. Demetrius Ward was moved to DE so look for Marques Jenkins to factor into the battle as well.
