Criminal charges were dropped against Timothy Miller a few weeks ago because he has agreed to be a potential witness.....hmmm

But on Friday, the charge against Timothy Miller was dismissed with the caveat that prosecutors reserved the right to bring the charge again.

“It’s not only his cooperation but what was learned about his role in the offense that factors in the dismissal, said Assistant U.S. Attorney Paul Van de Graaf.

another arrest....This time Kenneth Miller, of Stuarts Draft, Va surrendered Tuesday to face charges he aided in international parental kidnapping.

hmmmm Tim and Kenneth Miller are of no relation to Lisa Miller. Kind of odd
