"California lawmakers on Tuesday sent the governor a bill that would make the state the first requiring public schools to include the contributions of gays and lesbians in social studies curriculum."

With California's fiscal problems, this seems dumb. But this is going on in many states where they are spending on social issues when they should be concerned with finances.

I'm sick of celebrating our differences. Let's celebrate the fact that we are all one people. We are all unique. Yet we are all one.

Can we celebrate the contributions of White, Christian, males? Cause if not I'm offended, hurt, and feel discrimnated against.
