A new bakery just opened up in Forest that came highly recommended by my barber, so I went by after my Saturday morning haircut. I picked up a half dozen donuts, and the glazed were some of the best donuts that I've ever had in my life (better than KK).
The bakery is located in a brand new strip mall on 221 (where the old one burned down a couple of summers ago). They also serve a full lunch menu from 11:00-3:00, and have pastries, pies, cakes, muffins, brownies, fresh breads, etc.
A young guy (in his 30s) was running the place. Very polite, with a New England accent, and wearing a white chef's uniform and a Red Sox ball cap.
