Thoughts? Comments? Snide remarks?

One regulation I think government does need, Congress may not stand and/or clap once the speech has begun until it is over.

I stopped watching the State of the Union a few years ago because I can't stand the standing ovations every 2 minutes. I just wait to read the transcript.
