Lynchburg, VA - It was a cloudy, wet day on Candlers' Mountain, but it didn't stop crews from working on Liberty University (web) 's year-round ski slope. They're just about finished with the framework on a 4,000 square-foot rental facility. The artificial snow should come in by mid-April. The project has been slowed by rain and snow, but it's still on schedule to open by June 1st.
