Are there now or have there been any members of the flames football team whose father's also played for the flames? The school is certainly old enough where this would be a very real possibility. I know of many former players kids who played college ball elsewhere, but can't think of many where the father and son played at LU. I can only think of one.

Cameron Gillespie is the only one I know of.

My daughters are a little too old now, but the were recruited by Karcher, lol there have been some that wanted to play but were not offered, one went on to play at Duke and one to ETSU I believe.

We have several in baseball, Breams,etc. I have two nephews that played BB at LU, I played in 73-74.

We have had several former players sons have great careers at other schools. Brad Butler's son is a prime example.
