I think the listing says it's in concord, so that would be the county (I think part of concord is in app county). I can't imagine what commissions on homes like this are for the listing agent, but that would be a full-time job trying to find a buyer.

It's going to sell and be turned into some sort of high end resort.

I dont think its accurate...there are guest HOUSES not just rooms...you cant tell me theres only 3 bathrooms in 22,000 sq ft...i gotta ask pops about this

My sources say that this property was owned and may still be owned by an insurance executive in his 30's; there are rumors of talks with an investor from California with very deep pockets. This same investor has been buying properties in the downtown and Rivermont areas.

There are three bedrooms in the house. It'd be illegal to list it as anything different than what it really is.

Just talked to a real estate agent.....this property was on the market last year for 28 million. It was supposedly viewed by Tom Cruise, but he decided to pass on the deal.
