We're not talking about turning someone in for missing curfew! We're talking about the hip-hop culture creating this idea that you're a "snitch" if you help the police in your neighborhood, or otherwise. We're talking about life outside of LU here, folks. The idea that if your neighbor is selling drugs out of his house, you can't call the cops on him without fear of retaliation from the rest of the neighborhood.

Funny, our neighbor just got busted for drugs two weeks ago and we all knew about it and someone informed the proper authorities
