I rarely ever saw it at such a sinful school like Lynchburg College. Sure if you went to a party you would see it sometimes, but it's a college party, what do you think is going to happen?

Good point. The other colleges I have visited it was in hallways of co-ed dorms. I am not a huge pda guy and never understood why people insisted on making out in the middle of a freaking hallway.
