I voted for football. I think the big win against CSU was a huge step for us and a big win at the time.

Good wins-yes, but nowhere near the caliber of the choices we have to vote on.ATrain wrote:Ah Yes @ VMI wasnt a Big Win... At Home Against High Point wasnt a Big Game...TylerBakersGonnaBGreat wrote:The Mens Basketball games arent even an option... I give up on the Sparkys already... Im done with itUmm, we're voting for Biggest Win of the Season here...yes, our men's bball teams may have beaten Saint Mary's School for the Blind, Podunk University and State Teaching School by margins of 100, but other than that they didn't do anything significant.
Anyway, with 360 votes football is currently leading with 26%, followed by women's basketball with 25%. I had to vote for women's bball on this one...its not often you take down an ACC team on its home turf. But it was a hard choice though, as I also wanted to vote for track and softball.

I guess the only respectable thing that they did was give Winthrop a run for their money on their home floor. But that was not a win but a near miss and they don't count. My favorite near miss of the year was the men's soccer teams loss at home vs North Carolina. Number one team in the country and we out shoot them and loose by 1 goal.Yes we did outplay them that day and it would have probably won this poll hands down had they won too.

But I still had the UNC shirt underneath.
