They say the IP address is from someone in Stamford, CT, which is where WWE is headquartered. However, they also said that even though that's where the IP is registered to, the person may not have been in CT at the time.

Actaully, "Roid Rage" does more than just cause sudden violent outbursts. The prolonged use of steroids especially in combinatio with anit inflamatories pain killers and anti depressents can lead to psychosis and a host of psychological disorders. It seems that CB was at that point. IF he bound and murdered his wife (Strangled?) and then a day later strangled his son in bed, then waited a few hours to hang himself that would indicate psychosis. Add to that the placing of a holy icon (in this case the Bible) by each person whom he murdered, that shows a disconnect from reality by trying to "sanctify" those he defiled (or were defiled if the wife actually killed the kid)

OK, how's this:
I can see how if Barry Bonds had used a foreign substance it would have most likely been HGH due to the potential hazards and advanced detection techniques associated with "traditional" steroid therapy. However, it is also entirely possible to add substantial strength, mass and speed using advanced weight training techniques
