Saw this coming. I just emailed the Bobcats and told them they'll never see another dime from me b/c they took another tarheel. Seriously, this isn't an alumni reunion league.

I seriously think the franchise in Charlotte is going to go under and quicker than you think, everyone hates them in town. Unfortunately for Jordan, he's going to learn the hard way that Tarheels only make up a very tiny portion of Charlotte, besides the other crap that goes on with that organization.

I'm a Carolina fan and I hate the pick.

I understood taking May and Felton. Those were decent picks. This is just stupid.

They said that Jordan said "he wants the most NBA ready player available." Um, Wright would've needed to stay at Carolina all four years to be NBA ready when he came out.

Latest rumors are the Bobcats will take Reyshawn Terry at 22 and then trade something into the second round to take Wes Miller.

i think jordan will choose tyler hansbrough. jordan is stupid enough to draft a player that isnt even in the draft as long as he is from UNC. why not ivory latta? isnt she the beast of the UNC women's team? she could surely beat wes miller.

so the bobcats ahve gerald wallace at the small forward, one of the most underrated players in the league, and they take another small forward, brilliant!

Or they are not planning on having him back. Which it seems to me they aren't with that pick

He was the only entertaining one on the team to watch.

But hey, they'll still have May which is good for laughs at 2 in the morning when he shows up at the Pita Pit barely able to walk with Raymond Felton.

The big question and the one that would have won you a box of new Crayons would have been Who is #3?? Guess the Hawks weren't too thrilled with Sheldon Williams.......the PF they drafted LAST YEAR!!! Good grief. In the words of an ESPN radio guy: Atlanta is where players go to die

As for the Bobcats, does no one else see MJ as the next coming of Isaiah Thomas??? He screwed up the Wizards, and THAT took some impressive work, and now screwed up and is screwing up the Bobcats. Stick to offensive fols on Byron!

Maybe the Richardson deal will help them in the KG/Amare deal.

Miami just drafted a guy named Stanko. I'm guessing he's not very good.

I love it in the later rounds in the draft when it goes from needs to learn intangibles and needs to learn leadership skills to needs to learn how to score, needs to learn athleticism, needs to learn to grow.

Coach Dale Layer's guy from Colorado State ends up in Philly! Can you say free tickets to the Wachovia Center? I can't wait. It has been a while since I have been to a Sixers game. All access too I would think! Hooray for coach Layer and free tickets!

mark it down- horford is the next elton brand. Greeat footwork, soft touch for a big man, and a consistent 16-foot peremiter shot. If he does become a 20-10 guy, I hope he gets the recognition he deserves, cause Brand certainly doesn't.

Now Richardson will try to turn into the late-game scorer the Bobcats need.

"Can he be a Michael Jordan? We're not expecting him to be," Jordan said. "Can he be a piece that helps us finish ball games a lot better? Can he give us a little more firepower on the offense end? Yes."
 way to keep it real Mike.

This sucks. I don't really watch the NBA much but I keep tabs of the Bobcats and the Bulls throughout the season. But I absolutely despise Noah and Dudley (as much as you can despise people you've never met). What the heck am I gonna do now.
