my understanding was he was a HS recruit who's scholly offer at Louisville didn't work out
I could be confusing him w/ someone else, I suppose.

Committed to Louisville but with the staff change something happened, he said-she said. He is a 6'4" /6'5" wide receiver who was first team all state in BB at Ribault HS in Jacksonville. Ribault is a BB powerhouse playing in the last three final fours in their class. This is a steal. I live down here, this kid is highly regarded.I may have been overly critical of our guys, but I've been whining for a year now about needing more depth at WR.

Is he good enough to play this year, or likely to redshirt? I guess we might not find that out until September.
Cavalier connection
If new NCAA transfer guidelines permit, recent Virginia graduates Ryan Best and Noah Greenbaum will spend the upcoming football season at Liberty. Wide receiver Bud Davis also could join a parade of ex-Cavaliers that includes three players already on campus in Lynchburg: offensive tackle Eddie Pinigis, offensive guard Marshal Ausberry and defensive end Vince Redd. All joined the UVa program while second-year Liberty head coach Danny Rocco was a Cavalier assistant.
