African center on WU's campus. Curious if it's Okrupe.

Huge signing for Peele, he just got the German center who was initially signed with UMass and offered by the Hurricanes.

I will absolutely lose it if this school released him without the condition forbidding him to another BSC school. Is there any official word on his release at all anybody?

Someone posted on the WU board it's another African Center, some guy named Elikje Hart, or something like that.
