That means Marshall must chose between USF and Winthrop. Woolard had said previously he would make a significant investment and commitment for a new coach, meaning the Bulls likely would offer at least double the $310,000 salary that former coach Robert McCullum received.That means $310,000 X 2 = $620,000

I didn't realize they were only 11 years older than we are... It makes me even more optimistic that we can go D-1 in football within 10 years.
Did anyone notice in that article that the former USF coach was paid the same as GM? Winthrop supposedly is offering 400k/yr. We'll see if USF outbids them... that'd be almost a 48% increase in salary for that position... that's a big jump... but then again it's a big jump they recently made to the Big East.

, is also a relatively young school. UCF was founded in 1967. UCF will be playing in a brand new stadium, known as "brighthouse networks stadium" next year. They christen it with a home-opener vs. Texas.What better way to start off a new era than with a 30-point loss in front of a packed home crowd? I just hate the fact that the stadium, along with so many others these days, is named after a corportation. Considering how expensive my cable/internet package bill usually is, I should have an entire section of that stadium devoted to me.
