Im working on a red comet with Navy blue text for a red shirt (which can easily be reversed for a blue shirt). I thought of adding some flame licks to the text for effect

Tally, we don't always see eye to eye on this board, but I think that is a nice, and crisp design.

For the blue logo on red, how does it look with a thin white outline to offset it from the red? (not sure if that would help the blue logo pop or simply muddle the design, though.)

PP- I don't like this one as much b/c it doesn't really "add" to the design. Early on I stayed with 1 color to keep costs down. I like Scars the best if a 2 color option was put out there... It makes the web address stand out... which is the point of advertising anyway... but so you can see what I mean... here goes...

Tally, I don't mind the white outline (thanks for the visual) but from a cost perspective, I see where it's beneficial to stay with one or two colors.

I think the the red shirt with white logo "pops" the best...would work well with the Red Sea or whatever they are calling the "Wear Red" days at the stadium.

I didn't care for it at first, but I really like the red with the white and now they all look pretty good to me. It's gotta be just 2 colors though. That keeps the cost way way down.

LUConn, can you check with Universal again on cost? The previous design mentioned was 2 sided and although it was 1 color, they charge by the amount of screens they have to set up so that original design still involved 2 seperate screens. I'd be willing to bet that they'd charge us about the same $12.50ISH for a 2 color shirt on 1 side as they would for a 1 color shirt on 2 sides.

If you could touch base with your contact over there it'd be great.... I also think we should order about 20 to get the cost down and go to a sponsor (one offered already on the other thread) to make up the financial difference... or a few of us could put in a few dollars more and just split the difference when they sell or write it off for that matter.

Anyway... LUConn, would you be up for checking in on a price based on the fact we'd still only be getting 2 screens? Thanks.

I like the design by Scar and Medic. I would definitely buy one. Any chance we could get our names on them if we buy them individually? I would try to help out with some of the other cost as well.

The names (according to LUConn's previous post) are about $10/shirt. Again, they'd have to do a new screen for each name. Anyone can get those on after the fact...

I'd say put the 3 or 4 designs up in a thread, and attach a poll to see whether we want choice A, B, C or D.

I'll do it unless a mod wants to rework THIS thread to include it.

If I were to vote I'd go with the one Scar recommended. Again, the only reason I didn't offer that at first was trying to keep it to one screen... but after seeing LUConn's prices... I'd be more inclined to get something that looks much better... so my "vote" would be to get a quote on this one:
