IMO these 3 games are a wash.
3 mins more for Ihnen.
3 Points more for Ihnen.
Rebounding, Blocks & Steal are even.
2 more assist for Aquino
2 more turnovers for Aquino

The last 2 are because of the way LU coaches staff is utilizing Aquino.

Seems like an LU Armchair coach told me one time that we needed culture players and this LU Armchair coach questioned why spend the money on scholarships knowing the said culture players wouldn't play.

And let's not forget the free ice cream , but this leads me to believe Paradox is right about his role being likely to diminish here. That should not be an issue at HP. Another possibility is that he was not totally comfortable with the culture, and that's OK too.

Not the first time I've had this reaction to one of your posts, and I'm sure it won't be the last.
I'm not sure I understand what any of that means.
As far as what Ritchie is telling recruits, I have the fullest confidence he is being totally up front with them, and the bottom line is always "playing time is earned, and defense is the priority".
As far as his job being dependent on winning is concerned, looks to me like that's exactly what he is doing

Ritchie is one of the finest coaches in the business not referring to x & o's. Defense is what allows playing time & trust. I believe one of the recruits leaving this year was told another story when he came and i am not saying this is Aquino because it is not him.

Or perhaps another larger school offered the 3X amount and when push came to shove they said "Sorry, we've found someone else". HP was maybe a fallback option for him. Just a thought - I have absolutely no inside info like some seem to think they do.

That's a scenario I had thought of as well. There is no doubt a lot of back and forth on these things at times.
