 Do you ever wonder why the Real vs. Troll debate continues to come up around you?

The SEC already doesn’t play people. (To be fair, Bama has been an anomaly on this compared to their fellow conference mates.)

Let me say it again to be clear: Bama isn’t out of the playoff because the committee didn’t respect their tough schedule. Bama is out of the CFP because it played games and LOST. Bad losses. To Vandy and Oklahoma. Seriously?!

How many more P4 games can SEC schools drop? They play significantly less P4 games than the other P4 conferences already. Nick Saban thinks they should be playing more.
Bama and Ole Miss didn’t miss the playoffs because of their OOC schedule

True, but it's evident committee doesn't use SOS, thus Alabama and other SEC schools have to prepare for the future, where they might lose to a OOC opponent. Indiana and SMU played no one, yet got in playoffs. Selection committee is crooked

Looks promising, moving forward. Committee is obviously not handing out an at-large-bid to a 3 loss team.

Follow this through. If UA gets the nod with 3 losses, then it’s bad for the game either way. When they lose they’re a 4 loss team. Should they win out, your national champion has 3 losses, and didn’t even qualify for their conference championship game. Talk about black eye. What else should we call that?

This is the best perspective I have heard to date.

I don't understand anyone with an LU bent being mad about Indiana or SMU getting in. Our only path in would be through a Boise St -or- SMU / Indiana resume.
If it is based off of SOS only, we would be blocked for at least the next 5 years

Indiana beat 1 team with a winning record this season. Whoever that team was ended season 7-5. Hooisers are living proof that committee ignores SOS.

Playoffs start tonight and we get the best kind of weather for football (when watching from the warmth of my recliner), a snow game! Hopefully there's snow for the games at Ohio state and Penn state tomorrow as well. I think Notre Dame wins by 2+ scores but I'd like to see indiana win this one.

Notre Dame is known for choking against teams they should definitely demolish. Just a thought.

Indiana is second to only Wake Forest for worst program winning percentage among P4s. I guess we'll see what happens when a stoppable force meets a moveable object. Either way I'll be watching.

SMU has playmakers on the edge and a dynamic QB. Wouldn’t be at all surprised if they beat PSU.

IU is looking like they have a decent D and benefited greatly from a mid schedule.

That ND defense looked great against one of the better offenses in the country. I think Georgia is going to have a hard time moving the ball against them with their backup QB.

SMU QB is throwing TD passes to the wrong team!

This Penn state- SMU game is playing out exactly as expected. That Penn state d line is impressive. I would be surprised if boise state beats them.

This did not age well. ACC is not much better than a G5 league.

Face the facts, selection committee had no integrity, putting Indiana and SMU in playoffs. Alabama, Ole Miss, South Carolina, and probably Texas A&M and LSU are better than SMU or Indiana. Teams that play cupcakes most of season should not be in playoffs.
I can't wait to hear committee lie, trying to defend their selections.

This Clemson- Texas game is the same story as SMU- Penn state, Clemson just looks overmatched in the trenches. This is definitely not the same Clemson team that made Alabama look like a peewee football team in the championship game a few years back.

Tennessee might be making Ohio State look like the KC Chiefs right now but I gotta respect the theatrics prior to the game.

So only SEC teams should get playoff bids?
