Appraisal was good. Now we just have to pray that they get their stuff together for the loan and it doesn't fall through between now and August 19.

We are back from Europe, wasn't our smoothest trip ever but overall had a great time. Closing on the sale of our townhome in Maryland went well, praise God for that. Now just praying that the check gets here timely.

Everything has been wrapped up with the house in Maryland. Still a few checks to trickle in for things like our escrow account, refund of insurance premiums, etc...

Went to the county health department on Thursday for the septic tank review to start work on getting our building permit for the addition to the house. Our contractor is working on building a ramp at my grandmother's house, and then we're up next on the list. Pray this goes well.
