Meh. I preferred DeSantis as well. I have never voted for Good and never will
I know. (I don’t know why, but that’s your business.)
Does it really matter?whoever represents the VA-5th District as a Republican is going to vote the same on anything in the House anyway.
For the most part you are right. Good voted a few ways that were head scratchers. His alignment during the Speaker was not a good look. He hitched his wagon to MTG and Gaetz which was a mistake. I’m fine with another person casting votes for the 5th District.

And filing a police report over it is laughable and 100% politics. Not impressed with either one's campaign. I hope the winner can step it up for the general election.

This is, basically, the general election. The last time the Democrats won was in 2008, and the district has gotten considerably redder since then. The closest a Democrat has come since 2008 is 2020, and since redistricting, a Dem won't get any closer than Dr. Webb did.

We are a laughingstock
Everyone at the G7 knows our guy is gone.
No worries, Jake Sullivan, Susan Rice and Antony Blinken are incharge.
My big fear is what happens if he passes away. Kamala Harris is a snake who shouldn't be anywhere near the White House, let alone #2 in line.

Governor Jared Polis is about the only D I could pull the lever for, or fill in the bubble, or whatever it is we're going to be doing in November.

I believe I’m on record as saying there will be chicanery at the DNC Convention and another candidate will emerge. Kamala can be bought or blackmailed off and it only gives Republicans a short window to mount a campaign against that person

IMHO the problems in Trump mounting a campaign against a new Dem candidate late in the game are dwarfed by their difficulty in overcoming his momentum and selling the American people on whoever they may select from their incredibly weak bench (which is why I think they stick with Biden as long as they can continue to prop him up "Weekend at Bernie's" style.)

If they run Biden, they've decided to forfeit. I wonder why they might do that. 1-they know they stole the last one? Or 2- They have no one willing to run with so many whistle blowers popping up, noone clean enough. Its puzzling to me. The guy is to old, hope they've hidden his Corvette keys.

It's interesting that you said the last one was stolen, as if there aren't a whole heck of a lot of us who normally lean right that voted for Biden. Keep telling yourself that.

It's also interesting when you look at the real verified reports of folks trying to steal the last election...wait for it...wait for it...we're trying to get Trump elected.

You read that wrong. I was only trying to figure out why they seem happy sticking with a clear loser, Biden. Makes no since to me.

I'm back with the same question. I still don't understand it. Trump's only getting worse.

I supported Trump in two elections, but this year I'm leaning towards leaving the presidential vote blank and focusing on the local issues that have a direct impact on my daily life.

I'm not a fan of Biden, but maybe you can shed some light, after all, it's clear that you're voting for the guy that lost the last election. Republicans literally nominated a loser as their candidate. Not even a good loser who can learn from their mistakes. A poor loser who will point the finger at everyone but themselves (one of the worst qualities to exist in a leader).

He's building a big lead. He's at like a 70% chance of winning now.

How many times did Biden lose his Primary campaigns before he got nominated?

Biden and the uniparty seem to be moving us closer and closer to war. Volunteer enlistments are way down and they are making changes to our draft now. Might even include women. I think Trump would have Ukraine and Russia at the negotiating table quickly.

We don't want China or Russia setting up bases in Cubia or Mexico. Russia doesn't want NATO bases in Ukraine. Might be that simple.

I’ll gladly answer your question (with Scripture!) if you’ll first clarify the premise: are you asserting that just voting for the man qualifies as “jumping through hoops to defend him.”?
