I have a sneaking suspicion you already know. I do too and….wow….just….wow.
The Epstein connection to this magistrate makes me wonder if the documents have something to do with the Epstein mess? I believe I remember reading Epstein had a CIA connection? Could Trump have classified documents on it. That would create quite a standoff.

Absolutely brilliant move on several levels. Not saying anything means that the other investigations aren’t gifted any freebies to try and make hay with. Nothing could be leaked, and you know it would have been, regarding his testimony so there’s nothing new to talk about. And since there’s no news to talk about the focus continues to be on the FBI raid on Mar A Lago It’s giving him momentum and the longer it takes for the FBI to come out with their reasoning the more momentum he gains. Frankly, at this point they may have missed their damage control window and nothing short of nuclear launch codes are going to justify this in a lot of peoples minds
All because Trump did something very unTrum-like. Kept his mouth shut

What is it about Trump that makes well-meaning people jump through hoops to defend him? Where in scripture are we taught that the ends justify the means, especially in politics?

6 years and nothing? No defense needed.

It's amazing what happens when an outsider threatens the DC establishments business as usual.

It has nothing to do with scripture? :dontgetit

What is it about Trump that makes well meaning people loose their minds with anger and rage? And then immediately go with a Jesus Juke?

If you start with the assumption that most all Politicians are egomaniacs and hypocritical then Trump doesn’t look too bad.

I'm not angry. Sorry if I came off that way. I voted for the man twice but I've never felt the urge to defend him at every turn like many on this message board do. I'll go back to lurking now. God bless.

Nah. Don’t lurk. Jump in. The waters fine. Just stay away from @JK37 he pee’s in the pool :D

Trump is certainly an enigma. IMO people get off track when they start using Spiritual litmus tests for him. That goes for those who think he’s the Anti Christ and for those who think he’s Gif Chosen Apostle of the 21st Century

Donald Trump’s FLORIDA home is raided. Immediately following, Tom Brady is missing and excused for “personal reasons” from training camp IN FLORIDA. Coincidence? I think not.

<this is just a joke>

I am smoking some spare ribs this afternoon. Sipping on a cold beverage and feeling like stirring the pot. This tweet from 2016 says it all. Happy Saturday. :D

its just circular ridiculousness that makes people that are "centerist" or people that moderately lean one way or another just stop listening. We are 2 years removed from the one far side demonizing the police state and the other far side granting full support and now its the other way around.

obviously one sided but @defiantLs is hilarious on twitter.

the republicans could be setting themselves up for disappointment. if you begin to blame everything on the current regime and you convince people of that, when those things turn around (which they will because the market generally could give a crap who is in power or president) what are you going to do then. inflation is high because of the pandemic. shutting things down, creating supply side issues that we knew would be felt for years, and injecting so much fiat currency into the markets is something that we could see decades of impact because of. Now the current administration can sway it a few percentage points or 2 but in reality this was going to happen regardless of who was in president. so when it stops and starts going back to some level of normalcy, who's left holding the bag?

the democrats will turn those losses into wins come 2024 if inflation goes back to normalish numbers (we cut inflation in half!) even though they spent the first 2 years trying to convince us that there is no way it can be controlled by the president (they are partially correct).

Establishment has been completely exposed and they will do anything to stay in power. If it wasn't so dangerous it would be funny to watch. The DC bubble is all about insider trading and kick backs. They're not there for us. 😔

I think most folks would be fine with this. IMO he’d be a shoe in nominee He’d also be the odds on 24 winner. For some reason though there are a core of Never Trumpers who don’t like him either. So who knows

You’ll see plenty more of her soon enough. She’s going to be Trumps Primary opponent in 24. So let not your heart be troubled.

Cheney's are poster children for everything wrong in DC. They've made a fortune pushing bad policies for us .... but good ones for them and their cronies.

Republican and democrat parties are history. After Trump pulled back the curtain we evolved into a three party system, Peoples Party, an Establishment Party and a Socialist Party.

Go look at her voting record from 2016 to 2020 and point out where she is more of a Democrat than Republican

When I commented that Trump WAS a 3rd Party Candidate it was dismissed. But that observation is holding up very well

Cheney will be fine. she's got FU money she can do whatever she wants. taking this L is nothing for her. Generational politicians hate trump for the most part. they have clearly seen him as a threat.

You always act like we dismissed that but that isn't 100% accurate. I always agreed with you that Trump wasn't actually a republican. He used the republican party because there was no way he'd win without it because a 3rd party candidate will never win in our current state. Now the repbilcian party has completely transformed into the party of Trump and the party will have to live with that for better or for worse. Jury is still out on that. Well I guess it is for some of us.
