There is talk about taking a bus to VMI and a bus to Radford. These trips would cost somewhere around $15-20 bucks. That includes your ticket and the bus. It could be cheaper, depending on if the athletic department takes a hit. The $20 would be the absolute highest cost. Would we be able to fill up a 55 seat bus? If not, there's no point in taking it, so it's important to find out if we'd be able to fill it up.

I just heard that the AD is paying for VMI and the basketball program is paying for the RU trip

That would mean the only thing kids had to pay for was tickets. I'll be more than happy to ride a bus to Radford, but I'm not riding one to VMI.

SJ they don't take 501 like I do when they are riding the bus. I am not gonna say it is fun but it is much nicer than 501 through Buena Vista. Just food for thought. Can't ride with me though because I will be coming from Richmond. I can actually get there from Richmond in the same amount of time it takes me to get to Lynchburg. Kinda strange considering Lexington is further west. Being able to use the interstate the whole time helps. I won't have to deal with any mountains. My boy Tim Houghton (the one that dubbed you Soccer Jon) is driving his pickup from Lynchburg if you want to ride with him

for the Radford game I would be down with taking a bus for sure, especially if all we have to cover is the price for tickets
