From what I can tell we got a total of 2 commitments today based on D-Line coach Josh Aldridge postings. TE coach was posting about the first commitment originally posted by the D-Line coach.

I will say, that photo-op with the flames behind the recruit is quite amazing. We could snag recruits just based off of how epic that looks. I'd like to see any P5 school with a better-looking photo-op for visiting recruits.

Still waiting to hear on who the other commitment was yesterday. Picking up Durrell Johnson was big as he is a rangy athletic LB for us. For those of us who get caught up in whether someone has stars or not remember that Solomon Ajayi came in with no stars out of the juco ranks as did Jessie Lemonier and both of them over two year have been studs for us defensively.

Tykeem Doss posted a few photos of his visit on Twitter. Can't wait for more updates today and who we may have gotten as far as commitments. Freeze was far more focused on this than the bowl game.

I though we had a shot, but man, I am at him selecting the Jayhawks. I can only surmise they have a desperate need at CB and sold him on being able to start from day 1. He would have had a shot at LU and the other places, but he would certainly have had to prove himself.
