2004/05 Lady Flames

Conference Record 13-1

2018/19 Flames
Record: 29-7
Conference Record: 14-2
Quality Wins: 3 (UCLA, Lipscomb, Mississippi State

I was there running the production for most of the Lady Flames run, but I would have to rank this past season's men's squad as better even though they only got to the second.round
We beat Lipscomb twice, but I would still say 3 quality wins. As much of a landmark as the UCLA win was, they weren't very good this year. and finished 120 in the NET. Count them, and IMHO you also need to count GA State, who finished 1 spot below them at 121.
Well the NET rankings were horrible so there’s that.

I actually believe Peter came off the bench in his FR year. By the end of the year, and particularly in the BSC tourney where he was MVP, he was playing "starter's minutes", but he technically was not a starter.

Best team of all time is either this year's team or last year's team. Hard to decide which. But I lean toward last year's because they won a tournament game, and I firmly believe had we played anyone but VT in 2nd round, we would have won again.

Respect your sources, but PA started MOST of his games during his freshman year.

From the source, Liberty Athletics, Peter only started 2 games that year. That's the 2 after Fr.

The only thing I would have liked to see added to his link was the names of the head coaches. Play Basketball

Gotta agree with Manson on this one flameshaw. To check from another source, go to the schedule for that season linked here.

Click on some of the box scores. Early in the season, he not only was not starting, he wasn't playing much. His PT grew as the season passed, and by the end of the year he was playing more than Jody Chapman, but Jody, who was a Senior, still started.

Whoever these people are, are just wrong. There is no way you can say this team is better. Could they of been? Yes but we will never know.

The 2019 team is the best team ever. Their schedule was tougher and they won a game in the tourney.

The 2009 team was probably the most talented and had a ton of potential but we know how that turned out...

2019!! Had a better bench and more impressive wins. 2009 had no bench and heavily relied on freshmen with a win at UVA but also wins against Montreat, Coker, Anderson, and Cincinnati Christian, and 12-6 in BSC while losing BSC final by 20 points.
