No good coach or player is ever satisfied with "where we are." Even Saban was not happy with his team's defensive effort in last weeks game. That statement from TG is epic and unfortunately, we play and are coached like we are satisfied.

Gill for life.

Basketball season is right around the corner and practice is underway. I suggest football go over and watch. They will see a team that is hungry, never satisfied with where they are, one that takes pride in it's defense and is a winner! Take some notes!
Can't wait for their season. That is a team I have always been able to be proud of under Coach M.

The last week was a reminder that gill is a dinosaur. Hes said so many idiotic things since the game that ive lost count. He has to go. Has to. I have a feeling the results will make it obvious but what a disaster.

He has said this multiple times over the course of this year. For $1 million/year, I'd prefer to have a coach who thinks he can actually impact the outcome of a game.
HE SAID JESUS DETERMINES WHO WINS FOOTBALL GAMES!!1!

I think comments like this are related to the "To God be the Glory" discussion. I've never said anything about that phrase or had an exact issue with it, but if I did, it would be because I lump it in with phrases like leaving the winning to Jesus.

So Gill goes from blaming his players to blaming Jesus for losses. Why don't he save Liberty a million dollars a year and quit since he obviously thinks a head coach has no impact on the outcome of a game. If you could sit down and try to think of something stupid to say, I don't think you could come up with something as stupid as this excuse.

Looking at the seat chart and the weather forecast attendance could set a record Saturday? 6 weeks into the season, I hope we finally see a proper pregame intro for the guys. 8)

Plus, this is "Family Weekend" at LU, so a lot of parents will be in town looking for something to do. :oldhag :cheerleader

UVa hosts Miami Saturday night and VT is down in Chapel Hill while our favorite snobs up in Harrisonburg will be at Villanova so we could get some decent turnout on Saturday. Id be there but I'm working and already coming for the Idaho State game the next weekend

I previously determined, however, that they don't display all the seats. They show less, making it looked closer to sold out than it is, and as they sell through them they make more seats visible.

40 seats left on the east side and I don't see any new ones popping in.

Agreed, it is so limited now it has to be legit. I did get a print screen prior to NT and found previously sold seats reappear several days later.

That would be expected, if in fact there are not any other seats available. Liberty tweeted yesterday that they have about sold out of east reserved. So that's impressive.
