JC, if I was in Lynchburg I would take you over there. Sometimes the Sportscritic and I sit together and watch practice and exchange ideas and opinions. I will be driving back into Lynchburg tonight but I am in Richmond during the week. Too bad you are graduating (although that is a good thing) because you could have seen some more practices. I will say that Brew is fun to watch so far and I think Baker can help and so will McLean next season. Baker hasn't practiced in forever due to his foot surgery. Call the men's basketball office at 434-582-2337 and ask when and where practice will be.

well, a lot of times it's around 330 or 4...you can do one of two things, call 582-2000 ex 0 then ask for Mens Basketball and ask them or just PM me when you want to go and I'll find out for you, if D introduces himself to you (if yall don't know each other yet) tell him your on this board and you wanted to check it out...he'll instantly love you! LoL but go sometime, everyone should, it's impressive

it really depends on the outcome of this game...if they lose MAKE SURE YOU GO b/c that can be fun to watch and see how they get after it....if they win they may get the day off, like they did the WU game

Yeah, there are some whackos out here, but there are good people too. There's just more of everything out here. Part of me misses the more rural life, coming from Maine. I actually love Lynchburg. Manners still count for something in your part of the world, and there is a sense of community (out here, you never leave or enter town, it's just one endless "sprawl"). Whatever.
If you have a ministry, you thank God for it and love the place He's put you in.

Happy Easter! The staff and I are committed to the goal of a Victorious Spring for the program. We are
excited about the addition of BJ and Larry to the team. Team workouts have been impressive. Mike Lucas has the guys bodies making big strides in terms of strength and physical development. We are keeping them here through the second summer school session so the commitment to win is not lacking.
Coach Jones and I will be in Dallas this week. Home visits some school visits with '07 prospects as well. I wanted to again give the flamefans a chance to ask questions. You should be fired up with all the positives that are happening for your university and athletic programs. I apologize for not giving you guys much insights from the inside this past month. Has the team ever discussed having an AND1-style high energy demonstration for the fans (maybe a late night activity) to intro the team to the fans and show off what the 06-07 Flames are bringing to the table?
