yeah academic dishonesty gets you kicked out of pretty much any school in the country, if not every school

yeah- the article mentioned he was off the team but "negotiating" (or something like that) to stay enrolled.

sounds to me like that's what happened.

They're probably still in the appeals process and, even if he loses that, most schools -- including LU -- allow you to negotiate an agreement that will allow you to stay in school so long as you meet certain conditions.
